Week 2 Update

Fany G: Transformation Story of the Week

We’ve had some incredible transformations within our boot camp family, and I’d like to share a story with you from Fany.  Fany started with us during a transformation challenge, worked REALLY hard, and achieved her goals… AND she has repeated this process ever since!  She is full of determination and means business when she comes to boot camp.  She is the first to put herself on a detox if she slipped over the weekend and get right back to achieving her goals.  I bring you Fany’s story.. in her own words.

“During my pregnancy I strictly followed the notion that when pregnant the woman eats for two – herself and the baby. Thus, in the ninth month I weighed 212 lbs. (starting at 135 lbs.). I was so ginormous, people would ask me if I was pregnant with twins. After my son was born I dropped down to 180 lbs. and that is where I got stuck for the next 2 ½ years. [Read more…]

My 60 Day Mission

I’m about to do something I’ve never done.  I’ll be honest.. this “something” is completely out of my comfort zone, but that’s actually one of the reasons I’m doing it.

This past weekend, I went up to Orlando to see my sister, Alicia to reset and set up my business plan for 2013.

Or that’s what I thought I was going to do.

When I got there, she set up a CD by Tony Robbins to do a goal-setting workshop.  Long story short, after the next 2 hours.. I had before me my 1, 3, 5, and 10 year personal development goals, ‘things I want to acquire’ goals, and financial goals.

The 12 Commercials of Christmas Workout

It is officially holiday season!  I hope you had a wonderful time with your friends and family yesterday celebrating Thanksgiving.  I want say how truly appreciative I am of all of our clients, friends, and followers of Bay View Boot Camp.  It’s been an incredible ride the past year and a half, and it’s because of people like you who have inspired and motivated me to do what I do.

Thank YOU for all of your support in our vision, in our mission, and in Bay View Boot Camp.

I love the holidays.  There’s always a good football or college basketball game on.. or a classic holiday movie playing.

Rather than using the commercial breaks to snack on holiday cookies, take those 3 minutes to get a mini-workout in with our ’12 Commercials of Christmas’ workout!

All of these exercises are living room approved!  Make it a family activity and get everyone involved.

Here’s how it works:

1. When a commercial comes on, perform the corresponding exercise as listed below for the entire length of the commercial.

2. If a commercial comes on that isn’t listed here, perform an exercise of your choice.

3. Just remember, no fast forwarding through the commercials!

*BONUS* Want an extra challenge?  Pick your favorite television show and perform 30 seconds of each listed exercise.  Repeat until the end of your show!
