If you are interested in learning the fundamentals of kettlebell, this workshop is for you.

Open to 5-7 people – registration now open!

You will learn:

Kettlebell Swing
Turkish Get Up
Goblet Squat

BENEFITS:

The Kettlebell swing burns 20 calories per minute.. so in 10 minutes, you’ll burn 200 calories! MUCH more effective than steady-state cardio (like running).

Performed with correct form, it is one of the MOST effective tools you can use to burn fat, build muscle, and rev up your metabolism in a short amount of time.

It is my personal favorite cardio method of choice.

*You MUST take this workshop in order to use your kettlebell in boot camp.
