I’d like to inspire YOU to start something new this week. It can be a new fitness program, a small change in your eating habits, or even starting to walk during your lunch hour.
Just think: if you make one small change each week and maintain, you will have made 52 positive changes by the end of the year! Start small: eat one extra piece of fruit per day or switch the soda to water at lunch. I promise you’ll both feel and look better.
