Superbowl Sunday Workout

Here’s your Superbowl Sunday Workout for the weekend!

Rules:

Participants should split into two teams: Ravens vs. 49ers.

If the Ravens get a 1st down, the 49ers team has to do the butt kicks, etc.

If the Ravens get a listed penalty, like delay of game, the Ravens do the Calf Raises.

Each exercise should be done for 30 seconds, but house rules can apply!

If you want to go BIG, use commercial breaks for a wall sit contest!

 *BONUS* If participants make it through a full quarter, they are eligible to take a shot! Also, extra shots can be provided for good sportsmanship, ie doing the exercises along with your opponent. :)
